Recovery ZoNe
Come try a relaxing stretch session at Premier Fitness in the Premier Recovery room. Each stretch is done by a NASM certified coach. We start each session off with a 10 minute percussion massage, followed by AIS (Assisted Isolated Stretching).
Conditioning
Our metabolic conditioning programs offer a high variety of high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. These may include the rowing machine, stairmaster, airdyne, treadmill, athletic conditioning, and more.

My training philosophy begins with total body fitness, which can be achieved through core strength & cardiovascular training, proper nutrition, & adequate rest. I became a personal trainer because it combined two passions of mine: fitness & helping others. I have achieved above & beyond what I thought was possible. I focus on giving my clients the knowledge & encouragement I have gained & used to achieve my personal fitness goals. My method is to use my archive of information that I have gathered over the past 15+ years, in order to collaborate with my clients to help them achieve a positive outcome; whether it be core stability, sports performance, or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle. - John Leavell

Coach's Bio
I'm 39 years old. I have lived in the Greater New Orleans area my whole life. I got in to training after my mother passed away from an unhealthy lifestyle. I have been training now for over 15 years. I am very passionate about my job. I have traveled all around the country to meet with top strength coaches in order to provide the most up-to-date training regimine. I have worked with countless athletes, including hish school, college, and even some professional (head trainer for the NBA Pelicans Dance Team for 10 years). I am married and have 5 kids . I can see myself still helping people get to their goals as a old man. I truly do believe that without struggle there is no valued progress. Keep pushing and don't give up!!!
Assisted Stretching
Premier Recovery is a stretching and precusion gun service we provide that aids in injury prevention and recovery. We also our a mobility starter pack, which includes a 40-minute workout session with a 20-minute stretch.
